Rowing with the

Cambridge Boat Club

For my wellness pillar, I continued rowing with the CBC Juniors Program. We compete at Regattas around the Northeast.

Training on the Charles

My team trains Tuesday through Friday from 3:30 to 6:30 and Saturday and Sunday from 8:30 to 12:00. Our training is intense but it allows us to place well at regattas. Here is an example of my trajectory for a practice. I usually row between 13 and 18 km in my single scull.

Mercer Sprints and Saratoga

Our first regatta was Mercer Sprints in New Jersey, where I raced the single and double sculls. Our second regatta was the Saratoga Invitational in New York, where I raced the single scull.
